About the conference

This year's conference carries the crucial theme of Climate, Change and our Supply Chains. The management of climate change is no longer only about creating more sustainable products and consumption patterns. 2019 is predicted to be the warmest year on record and companies are therefore likely to continue to face a growing number of climate-related supply chain disruptions such as wildfires, hurricanes and droughts among others. Businesses must be increasingly proactive in understanding the potential of climate change to affect their workers, partners, assets and infrastructure as well as the potential impact to their profits and reputations.

In order to answer this need, the DHL Risk & Resilience Conference brings together some 200 executives and practitioners in supply chain, business continuity, security and risk management from around the globe to co-innovate around key topics in resiliency at our DHL Innovation Center in Germany on the 19th of September.
