- Welcome Reception: Smart casual (please do not wear sneakers, jeans or t-shirts)
June 27th
- Conference (plenary and breakout sessions): Business casual (trousers/ skirt, blazer and business shirt; no tie required)
- Networking Dinner: Business casual (trousers/ skirt, blazer and business shirt; no tie required)
June 28th
- Conference (plenary and breakout sessions): Business casual (trousers/ skirt, blazer and business shirt; no tie required)
June 29th
- Facility Tour: Smart casual (please do not wear sneakers, jeans or t-shirts or open shoes)

What conference expenses is DHL offering to cover?
DHL will cover the cost of your hotel room for two nights, scheduled hotel meals, and the conference fee during the days of the conference as outlined below.
- Accommodation at the Grand Hotel Dino covered by DHL:
- June 26th, 2018
- June 27th, 2018
- Book additional nights at the DHL contracted rate via our registration website
- Hotel meals covered by DHL
- Dinner on June 26th, 2018
- Breakfast, lunch and dinner on June 27th, 2018
- Breakfast and lunch on June 28th, 2018
- Light lunch on June 29th, 2018 (for site tour attendees)
- Conference meeting fee covered by DHL

- What is DHL not covering?
DHL is not covering your airfare and all personal incidentals that you may incur while staying in Italy (e.g., airport transfers, journeys around Milan/Lake Maggiore, telephone calls, use of your mini bar and room service, etc.) as well as any additional nights at the conference hotel.
